Job Summary | The Clinical Case Manager is part of the multidisciplinary, integrated Rensselaer Student Health team of committed professionals dedicated to supporting and promoting student health and wellbeing as an Institute-wide priority. Representative Job Duties | Some of the duties for this position include: Lead regular meetings with individual fundraisers to review prospect data, identify opportunities to advance cultivation, assess performance on overall goals, and progress within individual prospect portfolios. Guide individual fundraisers and development staff by providing recommendations for potential major donors for cultivation and solicitation. Analyze data to help drive prospect discovery and prioritize the top prospective donors for qualification by development staff. Create lists on an ad-hoc basis as requested by prospect development team members or fundraising partner to support fundraising initiatives by incorporating the use of database segmentation analysis, external resources, electronic screenings, and peer-review/focus group results. Assist in managing pipeline and goal reporting for the campaign and ensure progress toward annual goals is documented and continually updated for major, principal, and capital fundraising outcomes in close collaboration with fundraising staff. Collaborate with various teams across the division to gather input for refining prospect portfolios. Contribute to the division's focus on improving fundraising performance through effective portfolio optimization. Job Summary | The Sr. Business Manager reports to the Vice President of Information Services and Technology, and Chief Information Officer. This role is responsible for managing the business and financial operations of the portfolio including finance, budget, personnel, space and facilities planning, and oversight of all fiscal and operating protocols. Job Summary | The Director, Student Activities develops and directs comprehensive student involvement and activities programs that inspire school spirit, amplify the RPI student experience, and support the unique student-staff partnership that characterizes the operation of the Rensselaer Union. Job Summary | The Procurement Agent is responsible for ensuring that supplier data is accurate, up to date, and in compliance with Institute policies. The Agent assists with evaluating and negotiating small dollar procurements, consistent with Rensselaer policies. Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Procurement, the Agent works closely with E-Business prioritizing master agreements, supplier enablement, and other contract opportunities. Job Summary | The Program Administrator, Sr manages activities of the Center of Excellence in Digital Game Development at RPI, also known as the Digital Gaming Hub, administered through the Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences Program in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. Job Summary | The Assistant Director (AD) of Student Activities is responsible for planning, facilitating and assisting in the coordination of student club programs on campus. The incumbent will develop programs working with clubs and other campus departments focusing on diversity and inclusion, community involvement/engagement, student leadership and operations as an advocate for student clubs. The AD will work with the staff to develop opportunities for servant leadership growth and development. Job Summary | The Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute seeks applications for a tenure-track (or tenured) faculty position at the Associate Professor level in Business Analytics/Supply Chain Management starting Fall 2024. Candidates must have a PhD degree from an accredited university in Analytics, Operations Research, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field, along with demonstrated evidence to produce original and innovative scholarly work with publications in premier business journals. The successful candidate will join the School either as a tenure-track assistant professor, or as an associate professor, based on teaching and research experience and success. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated potential and commitment to effective teaching in our graduate and undergraduate degree programs in supply chain and business analytics, as well as provide service to the School of Management and to Rensselaer. The position requires excellence in research in the area of supply chain and analytics, effective written communication skills, and strong technical skills in areas such as analytical modeling, data management, machine learning and computation. Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and Blockchain and in topics relevant to global shifts in supply chains would be a plus. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage with and develop research initiatives aligned both within the Lally School and with the new strategic research initiatives at Rensselaer. The School provides an intellectually stimulating and collaborative environment for inter-disciplinary scholarly contributions with support for research, teaching, and service. Job Summary | The Director of Real Estate directs all activities associated with land management/leases; real estate revenue activities; building and land acquisition/sales; building and land appraisals; all Rensselaer property-related tax payments; Rensselaer tax exemption requirements; and special activities, that include leases and subleases of external facilities, fraternity/sorority land/building leases and finances; estate activities and community issues. The Director is responsible for leading real estate and economic development programs to attract diverse and innovative partners to engage on properties owned by the Institution both residential and commercial, inclusive of properties at Rensselaer Technology Park (RTP). This will comprise extensive collaboration with multiple portfolios including the Office of Strategic Alliances and Translation (OSAT), Provost, Student Life, OCEC, and Finance. The Director is responsible to develop programs to attract and maintain tenant occupants of RTP and create a self-funded real estate program. Programs that cultivate community and regional relationships and foster an exchange of ideas between community leaders, industry partners, researchers and students. The Director is responsible for all fiscal management of the RTP and real estate program including operating and capital budget development and financial controls to achieve goals. |

Job Summary | The leader of the Marketing Communications function will provide day-to-day oversite of OCEC web, brand and editorial teams. The incumbent will partner with institute leaders on their annual marketing and communications plans, and communications roadmaps. Requirements | To be considered, candidates will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, integrated marketing communications, or a related field; along with five (5) years of professional and progressively responsible experience in a marketing communications setting. Candidates must have creative sensibilities and the ability to navigate and build relationships with leaders in a scholarly environment. Importantly, candidates must have an understanding of brand: how to grow and nurture one; as well as branding: how to manifest it in the market to increase engagement. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to lead and engender cooperation from others in a matrixed environment and drive teams to deliver results. To be considered at the Director level, the candidate's experience must also include the planning and management of marketing projects, and candidates must be experienced supervisors. Candidates at the Assistant Vice President level must also have demonstrated experience as a seasoned storyteller and be a well-rounded marketing communications professional with proven ability to develop and experience managing a high-energy, highly productive, accountable team of creative professionals in a matrixed environment. Starting Salary/Rate | Expected hiring range: $80,000- $90,000 per year.
